Horlicks actually owned the AI centre. The bulls were often grazing in the field next to the factory, and it all seemed to be one production unit.

How else can he make the claim that most haven't got a clue?  He  must have experienced at least one good experience to be able to make that judgment call on the others of which there must be many more.
