So it seems that you have to confirm the services you want will be provided at the start of the meet and walk if she says no. Absolute worst thing about these types is refusing things that are quite clearly on the likes list.

I know what I'd want and would happily book 2 or 3 hours if I thought that it would be a good session but disappointment awaits methinks.

yes, experience shows you always need to do that directly and face to face with the lady (even when its already been confirmed in a text or message etc as it might not have been the lady messaging you)  and before you hand over any money.
