I inadvertently gave a WG my real name in error through email exchanges who I haven't seen yet, but planning to soon.  She has said she only escorts part time, has a full time job and I think even works from her own house, so knowing this I'm not overly concerned, should I be?

Sounds like you have done a pretty decent sherlock holmes on her yourself. I wouldnt worrry about it too much.  If your that paranoid about the situation then when you arrive when she says hello Mark Smith. You can say actually its John Peel and I had emailed you off a private email address

If you inadvertently piss her off and she is a bit crazy and not very stable you could end up being outed as has been said it is very easy to find someone on facebook or twitter or any other form of social media which then gives access to your family so outing becomes easy
Its also not too hard to find out where someone works either and sending in an email to your boss making some claim.  I know one 'lady' who contacted Rolls Royce to say one of the IT managers had raped her (he hadn't he just stopped seeing her and she got pissy as he used to book 3hours a week) and it caused him quite a few problems in the work place and had to pay for another police check to prove he had not been arrested for this so called rape (cant for the life of me remember what the check is now called as it used to be a CRB)

Had set up a user name on Hotmail, but it also send my real name as well as that what I had in the profile, have now changed this.
