I was visiting a house in Uxbridge years ago and was just about to get started with WG when the feds came in.
I gave my correct details when asked , just told not to be caught there again. One of the WGs got taken away cause she gave false details apparently.
I had handed the dosh over already so went back after work after checking the dust had settled to do the deed, I had money on account as I saw it and she was obliging so
Londonpunter30's right, though, isn't he, Harry? It wasn't really 'the feds', was it? It was the 'boys in blue', even if they were in plain clothes.
Actually as I scrolled down this thread, the thing that caught my eye was the way they were using their status to kind-of bully you, as highlighted above. You were, of course, in no real position to argue with them; but what right had they to tell you not to be caught there again? You weren't committing any offence, unless you were seeing a woman you knew, or had reason to believe, to be trafficked.
But obviously, this policeman had the upper hand and could make the most of that by giving you that warning. The b'stard!
