Accord sildenafilones are easy to recognise based on their shape and colour similarity with Viagra brand.
For some that would be a disadvantage (if you don't want them to be recognisable by an o/h).
For others an advantage as they are easy to remember (for instance if you take them out of the packet).
The packaging is compact but protects them well. Some people feel they are less easy to split on account of the shape.

From memory, I think most original
cialis brand tablets are closer to the shape of Viagra.
Most brands of
tadalaifil (generic cialis) I've come across have a similar yellow colour but have rounded-oblong shape (some fakes also have that shape).
Accord tadalafil is fairly standard: .......
Mylan tadalafil is apparently round:
