Yeah If I won the lottery I would 100% buy a punting apartment but given how close everything is in central London I wouldn't choose that exact building as for one it's not exactly nice in there and I really wouldn't want to shit on my doorstep. Anywhere within 10-15 mins drive of Kensington would be ideal.
