Help/Advice/Suggestions for first punt?

I just recently found this site, so I'm hoping someone can help out. I've never been with a WG, but it's been on my bucket list for some time and I think I want to tick it off...

I'm hoping to find someone who is late 30's to late 40's, not a stick figure but also not exactly BBW territory. And I'm a boob man! Looking for someone in the Berks and surrounding areas.
Most important is that it will be someone who would be good for a first timer.
