Got into punting via swinging. I must have started with my first punt in my teens, purely out of curiosity. Had a couple to be honest, all older than me, some old enough to be my mother.
That was thirty years ago, then nothing until about eight or nine years ago when I discovered swinging, through a few websites - not sure it was a good thing in the long run, as after a period of a lot of group sex, the idea of straight sex with one woman seems to pall a bit, hardly worth the bother. The swinging scene in Glasgow seems to have died off quite a bit in the last two or three years, and I kind of drifted into punting by default. I found it very 'vanilla' by comparision, but here's the thing - in punting you can actually pick and choose! Basically you can fuck girls who wouldn't look twice at you on the swinging scene, as most of the available ones (for me anyway!) tend to be older, a bit heavier and with a lot of mileage on the clock!
Probably prefer punting it to swinging now because the prize, when you get one - and you dont always, isn't really worth the effort to be honest. I have found to my surprise that most of the WGs I met are really nice girls, friendly within the confines of what is essentially a business transaction, though I tend to go for girl-next-door types who aren't right up themselves. Occasionally I go for the ultimate in fantasy punt - shemales! Usually busty, curvy, sultry Latin types, though I may very next time with a Thai.
