Without it I can easily cum 2 times in a hour but with it it's impossible to cum a second time so I guess it affects us differently. Same here...I don't really need them, just bought them to try them out..I won't be buying anymore when I've run out.

Surely staying hard after cumming is great, as you can just carry on. When I was younger I could cum and stay hard, alas no more, even with Viagra. I can cum twice in an hour still, but it needs effort. Viagra seems to make cumming easier for me.

I think that is very true, you can get hard again quickly but the other sensations aren't there.

I also found the same problem with a single Cialis  dose, however, I have now tried the low dose Cialis  for three days prior to the punt, and bingo, stiff, and can cum v easily a second time, so I think for me that I have cracked it!

I am mid 50`s and now do 1/2 hr cheap indy`s  and walk ups , I have done parties and swingers events where the back up and running was important to me  how ever over the past 2 years I have taken longer to refuel from 4-6 and even over night. +1  I'd had Sildenafil on prescription for nearly 10 years but had begun to find that it was becoming less "effective".  So I discussed it with the GP - she was actually a trainee GP - who got out the Formulary and discovered that Cialis would be better for me.

And it is!
