The frustrating part is arranging a booking. Their standard procedure is for Sergey HQ to confirm the booking by email and give general directions. Then the WG calls from a withheld number about 30 minutes before to confirm you are coming. Then a third call at the time of booking with exact directions. If you ever book anyone and the email reply says they'll call half an hour before, it's a sure giveaway they're part of this group.
The problem with the procedure is that it is essentially three opportunities for something to go wrong. I've had the first confirmatory email from Sergey give me the wrong address. I've had the 30 minute before call not occur on time. I've had the final call so garbled I can't make out the room number. If something does go wrong in the calls, there's no way of contacting the WG, you can only hope they will eventually call you again.
The girls I've met look intelligent enough to be independent and charge more than the £100/h they make after Sergey's cut. Maybe they prefer someone else to handle all the organisation or maybe there are other reasons.
