AdultWork feedback - where did it come from ?

A question because I can't work this out.

Can an SP on AW give rated feedback without a meeting taking place or a booking being made and confirmed ?

I rarely bother looking at my feedback on AW but had a quick trawl through emails etc to clear out the shite non-responders and noticed that I have a feedback for a meeting that never took place. It goes back to last November so memory is sketchy, I contacted a prossie by email, got a decent response and then tried to arrange a punt over the phone. A hopeless experience that I binned out from and no punt took place. Suddenly she's given me FB, rated positive and apparently I was rather good - clever girl.

How is this possible ? Fucked if I can work it out.

I'm confused when I see feedback good or bad that is disputed by the WG stating the meeting never took place

You can't leave feedback until she confirms it

You can leave feedback only without the meeting being confirmed, you just can't rate positive/negative.

A few days ago, a prostitute posted something on here and I checked her profile (doesn't matter why).
To my amazement, she had FB from my previous AW persona 
I know for a fact that I've never seen her - she charges way beyond what I have ever spent on a 1-2-1 punt.

Possibly a girl you saw and left FB for sold her profile on - your FB would now appear on a completely different girl's profile as far as you are concerned.

I know that's the case for us punters but is it also the case for prossies ? I'd guess service providers can't leave graded feedback for non-existent meetings but I still can't figure where this one came from. An already crap system becomes even more unfathomable.

I never understood how you can add it. There are no clear guides I could find, my understanding is a booking request needs to be created, I have read some information on here in more detail somewhere.

I don't trust AW feedback as much as the feedback on here, it has gotten to the point where I look for the good punts on here now, not AW.

I have tried to leave feedback with some who never respond to a booking request, even when I have filled in the booking request I still get the " cant give feedback till its been confirmed by escort".  !!!.
