I was wondering if anyone knows a good shop to buy male mastubators from?

Most people have suggested online but I want to avoid that as I need to be discrete and use cash.

Simply Pleasure External Link/Members Only is a good chain to go to. There are branches in West Bromwich and Wolverhampton. The stores don't always have the stock in as the website so it might be good to call them before making the trip.

Lovehoney is an online store I would recommend.
