Waiting for a check up and there's a fucking fit girl with her leg draped over the arm of a chair. What's a good opening gambit in this situation?

Well straGerman things have happened.  If she wasn't itching maybe she is just responsible.   :unknown:

Sit properly you slovenly bitch

Or

Do your legs go any further apart?

Or

Do you come here often?

Or

If we both have the same infections we can shag bareback without making things worse

Having said that .. I'm not great at picking up girls

I once saw a chav kid trying to chat the receptionist up in a GUM clinic. Suffice to say he got nowhere.

Whip your knob out and ask her if it looks okay because you need a second opinion.

My human costume is itchy what about yours?

Leg draped over the chair, ask her if it is painful to close her legs and then u will have ur answer as to whether it's worth pursuing.  Failing that ask her what's on her 'like list' and share her AW link :D

A bird with her legs open in the waiting room of a GUM clinic says one of two things

I’m an easy shag, (may or may not require payment :D)
Or
I just want some air to flow to ease my crotch rot  :sarcastic:

I was there earlier this week. I didn't see any pornstars (not that I recognised). The only women there looked a bit awkward and sat away from most folks (in the gap in the wall). I did see a lot of guys wearing wedding rings like me - how many were punters I wonder.

It's also funny that you can tell which men there have sex with other men as you can see the extra items (throat and recrum swab) inside the plastic flask they're clutching whilst waiting for the blood test.

Take a pic with your phone and post it here, then when we have all commented on her show her how popular she is

Thats a good idea but arrived too late, will do next time...

There's a poster in the gents describing how to do a rectal swab on yourself. I hesitate to ask this forum but what on earth will it pick up that the other tests don't?

Here is a couple :hi:

Shigella

Shigella is caused by bacteria found in faeces (shit). Only a tiny amount needs to get into your mouth to pass it on (eg, via your fingers).
It’s often caused by contaminated food but it can also be passed on sexually.
Sex that may involve contact with faeces is a risk eg, anal sex, fisting, handling a condom or sex toy used for anal sex, oral sex, touching someone’s backside or rimming.
Someone with shigella can be infectious for up to a month.

Genital warts

small fleshy growths, bumps or skin changes anywhere on the genitals or around the anus or on the upper thighs.
During sex HPV is passed on when someone’s skin touches another person’s warts (which you won’t see if they’re inside the rectum or vagina).
As well as through penetrative sex, HPV can be passed on through genital contact, sharing sex toys and through oral sex.

Yes but they're not testing for those things in NHS GUM clinics. In case the poster who asked the question about the rectal swab wanted a serious answer - it's used to check for gonorrhoea up your arse. if you've not engaged in taking cock up your arse then you don't need this test in your sexual health screening

Under-appreciated fact: gonorrhoea can be spread from a WGs throat to a guys bum via rimming. Maybe some straight punters should get a rectal swab.

You are spot on with this statement.  I think each NHS Trust has a different approach.  Queensbury do oral swabs if you are straight and partake in OWO/rimming(giving), anal swabs if you are rimmed. St Barts do neither even if you openly admit to the above activities with a large number of WGs.
