I have been tempted to try 4-hands massage, however I was wondering how it works regarding extras (HE, B2B, etc)?

Firstly do both masseuses give B2B simultaneously, take turns, one does HE one B2B. If you only want HE, do they take turns, or does one massage, one give HE? (So many questions) 

Secondly, presumably if they both do the extras, presumably that makes the extras double the price? Is this so?

I tried it once, not as I expected. The girls were chatting in Chinese the entire time, the HR was ok  but I only felt their tits over their bras. YMMV as always.  I have had good and bad.  Generally you pay double for the girls time and there will undoubtedly be negotiation for the extras.  Be honest and tell them you have not had 4 hand before.  Ask them what is reasonable for a tip for both of them and then you can decide if you want to accept the offers just like you would with one girl.  Good luck and at all times just be respectful and polite

They are different to escorts...The price quoted is typically for a massage only and usually paid to the establishment. The 'tip' is the cost for the extras i.e. Hand Job.

Not all operate in that way but 99% of the "legitimate" high street venues do.

You don't tip.

When you walk in you pay the listed fee for the "normal" massage time.
You go into the room with the girl.
At some point she'll ask (sometimes rather cryptically) as to whether you want any extra services.
This is when things can go wrong. Some girls have a fixed list which they'll recite and won't vary from. They're usually realistic in what they charge.
Other girls (especially in cities like Liverpool/Manchester) will try to get as much money out of you as they can and will make comments on the line of "how much do you want to pay"......that's when the art of negotiation kicks in, and don't let them see the size of your wallet until you've agreed a price. You'll end up paying too much whatever happens, but the art is in minimising the excess...

But whatever you do, don't think of it as a tip. Its payment for services rendered. Tipping on top then inflates their expectations

USA has a different concept for what a tip is anyway, so whatever goes there is not relevant here.

Yes options in Chinese are limited but those with minimal English definitely use it as an obvious shorthand for fees for extras. The US concept of a tip is less of a tip than in the UK! Very much a service charge and an expectation...

Exactly mh.  As you correctly pointed out, I was not suggesting that a "tip" is given over and above the cost of the extras.  The "tip" IS the cost of the extras.  That said, I have given over and above the cost of the extras as negotiated if the girl actually provided more than she originally agreed.  And this can happen quite often....

No "belittle" was intended but if you took it like that it's up to you....  The use of the expletive was totally unjustified though.  I might be fairly new here (2 years?) but not as new as you  .  I have many, many years of punting experience in different countries and I know a number of masseuses personally  .  Payment for extras is always regarded as a "tip" in their book.  I don't review and report too much on the public forum as many of the girls don't want that kind of stuff banded about.  However, a number of the users on here are well aware of my exploits and have had the benefit of my recommendations.  Subject closed as far as I am concerned.
