GEA does not update a girl's profile photo unless she asks for an update, even if it is a girl back to the agency.
By far, I only see Ellie, Jodie, Shelly, and maybe one or two more girls who got updated photo.
ps. Even photo gets updated, I haven't seen any profile (such as age) has an update.
