Nostalgia is a funny old thing, you think it's great looking back, but some things back then were not so great, like having to rely on the maids embellished description of girls working over the phone, arriving at the shop and the hooker had aged 20 yrs added 2 dress sizes and lost two cup sizes.

Relying on the small ads of the local paper usually lead to a punt where the girl was disinterested and wanted you out there ASAP for the next sucker to walk in through the door. Having to go to a certain phone box to phone the girl in order to confirm the booking and get the address is something I don't miss.

Back then it was a more innocent time and knew no better. Occasionally I get the urge to do an old-school punt and then remember it was more like a bed of thorns than a bed of roses.

Let me throw another curveball here.

I considered myself a healthy contributor during this time last year, reviewing every girl i saw as the help i got from fellow punters was invaluable to me.

But now i don't contribute much, if anything at all.
Why?
Because i have 3-4 regulars and i'm happy with that.
No new blood = no review.

Believe you me, i concur with the disdain for non contributors, but sometimes there are other reasons why members don't contribute.

In my case, i have no new information to give.

When this site was first created they mocked it would fail. They being the "establishment" of punting sites owned by or controlled by those who organize / manage / profit from prostitution.

But rather than fail, this site has become UK's #1 forum for punting (probably regarded as a monopoly).

As their own sites have declined while UKP is breaking it's own records and bigger than all of them put together (and multiplied many times), their tactic has changed. Those who are against this site, e.g. moderators of other forums who know their own site's existence is at threat, are trying to convince others that UKP's size and success is an illusion or lie, that their own forums are in reality not that far behind UKP, that their forums may be smaller but are "more useful".

Whether it is their past false claim that the "12,807 new reviews in 2016" bit at the top of this page includes replies to reviews (which it doesn't, as proven by the page that lists reviews in past 30 days, which spans 57 pages) or the claim that the 10,000+ members logging in everyday are mostly accounts that post nothing, or the false claim that most of the 1,000+ posts everyday are actually Off-Topic (even though as I revealed earlier Off-Topic section only makes up 11% of posts everyday), or the false claim that the list of online members on the frontpage is actually from 7 days (when in reality it's 30 mins, as proven by the page that lists all members online now and the timestamps).

With that tactic of dismissing UKP's stats and knocking down this site's success, they hope it will avoid people, like their own members, getting the impression their own sites are dying insignificant sites and a mere fraction of the size of UKP, and not abandon their sites for UKP.

Years ago they used to ban their own members should they join UKP and label them misogynist / pedos / rapists / etc., but today they are recruiting UKP members to join their sites. That's how desperate they have become.

   Well,  more power to your elbow Boss,  have occasionally looked at the banned site to try and get more info on a WG but  it's hopeless  and a waste of time. 

    If we could just get a few more of the members on here to review life would be a lot simpler.

    All you non-reviewers we don't need An  essay just bullet points would help.  Would only take a couple of mins to outline  if she was there, if it was her, age size and enthusiasm . PLEASE

Just to move this thread away from Ol Flat Cap, there are quite a few members with 1,000s of posts (or even 10,000s of posts) with no reviews (or a handful, but the most recent was 5 years ago)

Are these guys really contributing if they cant demonstrate up to date knowledge? If they are active punters why arent they adding reports?

My pet hate is members who start threads asking for advice, who then don't come back to acknowledge the many posters who take the time to respond

He's a freeloading cunt, as others have pointed out. What I find interesting is the only punters who seem to remember him are those who are old enough to remember punting before the internet. He's still calling girls up for freebies with a promise of positive reviews on his shit site and he hasn't yet woken up to the fact that he and his site are now completely fucking irrelevant. I know he 'manufactures' reviews, which are usually a mix of comments taken from other reviews on other sites or completely fucking fabricated.

I just re-joined this site after an enforced absence from punting for various reasons and I apologise to Admin for creating a second account simply because I could not remember the password for my original one.
Since returning to the scene I have seen four escorts but they have ALL asked me not to review them on here ! What changed ? When I was last on here, they would fall over themselves to get a positive review on UKP.
FWIW, my reviews would have been two positive and two neutral.

I just think he looks a twat keeping his cap on. I expect he keeps his socks on too. 
When I first saw him on telly years ago when I was probably at the peak of my punting I just couldn't relate what he was doing to what I was doing. It was as if he was deliberately making it look seedy. 
I assume he only ever punted in parlours in the one region. I wonder if he has ever seen escorts or punted in London for example? I also wonder if he's ever paid more than about £60? Maybe not even that in view of his attempts to get freebies.

Like Admin I have also been offered an occasional freebie, although obviously nowhere near as many.  I am pleased to say I have never accepted. However had these offers come along when I was a rampant punter (pre UKP) it might have been a different story!
