I agree but some need to be called out about contributing with reviews or decent posts and not stupid ones,especially if they either say I’ve seen her and they have 0 reviews to their name or been a member for a while or even both ones that piss  me off are the ones that have been a member for 3,4,5 or more years with posts but no reviews just comments.

If they are within the 12 months then it’s best to do them and if they are as poor as you say then you should have asked and done them sooner as someone has probably seen them.
