I am with you on this part.  Last year I too often ended up with a mediocre punt because I went with whatever the available options were when horny (which is most of the time).  Will be aiming for more planning, more discipline, more patience for a quality punt rather than a 'now' punt.

Thats the best way to start. A bit of rimming helps too, then maybe a finger. An experienced pegger will have a range of toys to break you in gently, just don't rush it too much.
