Just a heads up I don't use Twitter very often but noticed 2 of the popular ladies were using it for updates so I decided I would follow them they then started following me which I can live with but this morning I get a notification saying selectan escort is following me so be warned if you done want your friends & family to see your business create another user name

That's just common sense. I don't know why it took for an agency to follow you for you to realise. People can see who you follow as well as who's following you, so they would see if you were following the two WGs any way.

Twitter are also beginning to surface tweets from people you follow, so if you are following WGs/agencies then it may show up in others’ timelines as, “Person A follows Person B”.
