The whole trust thing is a minefield and not just prostitutes. In most cases it's not about trust but levels of 'trust' and degrees of risk and consequence. S&M freaks get quite into the whole dynamic!
The problem in dealing with a prossie is that, with exceedingly rare exceptions, she is professionally and deliberately not being 'herself'. She is not showing you the person she is with her mates, her family, the dole office, shopping in John Lewis, or vice versa. She is playing a role, by mutual unspoken agreement.
When a lot of people talk about trusting someone new, they are not basing it on past experience with that person but with subliminal stuff that makes them 'feel' they can trust the person. This has to go out the window when dealing with an actor (i.e. a prossie).
This is no reflection on prostitutes. Some level of 'trust' is assumed just in handing over money for services to follow. But trust beyond that, in most cases, is not a factor to be considered.
For instance, "trusting" an outcall not to bother with valuables lying about is inappropriate: you should attend to security instead. That way you can relax and "trust" her to do services without worrying or knowing if she is "trustworthy" in other matters.
