not sure what search parameters are used to reach that conclusion (helpful to know so I can use them in my area) but if right that equally means 50% have not worked so the task won't be that great !!

I asked when the punt happened as if the OP said it was pre lockdown and she hasn't subsequently worked in lockdown then she would be on my list

finding ones that haven't worked will certainly create challenges but it helps if someone can be definitely eliminated
