Author Topic: My dick really hurt  (Read 5959 times)

Online deg_dilemma

Been having a busy summer seeing quite a few escorts, much more than I normally would. All protected aside from OWO. Also visited a few massage places and got some rather vigorous handjobs.

Saw my last SP a couple of weeks ago (yet to leave a review). Then just last week my dick head really starts hurting, like it's been beaten up. Also feel the need to urinate a lot. The pain and need to piss even wake me up a couple of times during the night. No other symptoms showing, just pain (say a 6/10 pain) and pissing a lot. Even when not pissing, the head still hurt. This went on for a few days, eventually settled down and hurts much less now.

The head was very sore, blotchy red, but nothing that would insinuate a STD. No smell, discharge, bleeding etc. Just very painful.

I am yet to provide a urine sample to GP (on Monday) to check. He was good enough to give me anti-biotics in advance. So could just be a UTI, or that I used my dick too much and had some quite intense HJs.

And for first time ever have done a postal STI check, including the blood test (why not, it's been a long time since my last clinic visit). This is for the usual 4 suspects: HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia and the clap. The test was surprisingly easy to do. I don't suspect anything but good to know either way. And that Chlamydia can be devious.

Time to grow up a little.

This sounds like a case of Cystitis but a trip to the GP is a must.

Even though you feel the need to pee constantly keep up the fluid intake and include cranberry juice in that, preferably the non sweetened kind.

I have had Cystitis from a vigorous bout of finger bashing where the guy thought he new best and just went for it, utterly determined to make me 'squirt' despite being asked to stop, for women the urethra runs just behind the front wall of the vagina so being rough with curled up finders can bruise this area and the urethra and that's what caused the Cystitis for me.

Those vigorous hand jobs are likely to have done the same in your case.

yet to leave a review).
Hope you realise if you leave a review now it will be seen as an STI allegation and that is against the rules.

Yep understood, and hence why I left that last review out. But it seems just like a UTI and already a lot better without even taking the meds yet (well, only 2 anti-biotic tablets so far).

the only question in your mind must be do I go to my GP or a clinic

there are lots of nasties that seem to get better but then lurk - get seen
the big problem with self tests is the self bit the tests themselves are reliable

sorry didnt read you origional post  bit surprised GP didnt test and that you did a postal but if any doubt remains go to a clinic for a second opinion

painful dick could be due to just a bruising from the  'vigorous hj's'.   Pissing a lot is very healthy assuming you're drinking a lot and pissing a goodly amount each time.   But there are plenty of other STD's  apart from the big 4 so yes, get professionally tested.

Have you told the doctor you being seeing sex workers and you have sent off samples for STD’s tests.

It’s best the doctor knows your full history and don’t worry they will not judge you.

Balanitis perhaps from being too vigorous with the HJs or even over cleaning?

As others have said, you need to get an STI check to rule out nasties.

Online deg_dilemma

I reckon it's either the HJs and/or OWO that led to this.  STI check in progress, as per my original post. Am pretty sure it's nothing more than a UTI, and I'm also testing for that whilst already having been given anti-biotics.

I wanted to do the STI check anyway, to give me some piece of mind given that I've had a busy punting schedule. The home testing kit is very convenient too.

Balanitis or thrush

Clinic and say you see SWs and get the full screening done

Always remember to pee after Cumming because it cleans out your tubes of any saliva from you blowjobs

I can tell you i had similar symptoms lots of times after masturbation so most like it's the harsh rubbing but I would still get it fully checked for peace of mind

Got my results today. Gotta say, this is a very efficient service provided by the NHS.

Tested negative for the main 4, so all good. Nice to know  :drinks:

Waiting for UTI test results from GP, but feeling pretty much normal/better now.

Have given my dick a bit of rest after the beating it took over the summer, poor thing

Sounds like Balanitis, get some 1% w/w cream and coconut oil, apply both. No sex or having a bash for a couple of weeks you'll be sorted.

I used the 2% when I had it, should I have used the 1%? I didn't notice any ill effects though

Was prescribed Trimovate by my GP for the redness a few days ago. I've had red patches for years and years, they come and go. Nothing has really helped but am assured it isn't serious. First time I've tried Trimovate and it has helped a lot in just 4 days. Been told to use it just for a week.

This ^

The increased need to urinate and frequency of such (especially at night) and accompanied by pain is highly indicative of UTI.

Balanitis may produce pain when urinating but is unlikely to result in increased frequency etc.

I am puzzled by the history and timing with the GP though?

Has the GP actually examined you in person (or by viewing a 'dick pic') or is this a telephone diagnosis based on a description of your symptoms?

How long after you began with symptoms did you start the antibiotics and how long after that did you submit the urine sample for your GP? Also when in the sequence did you do the STI kit?

I had small red patches around the edge of my helmet for a few years, on and off.  Eventually went to the GP and was prescribed Trimovate - cleared up the patches very quickly, and they haven't returned since then.  Trimovate seems to be very effective in dealing with what the GP referred to as Balanitis.  Definitely worth getting anything dubious checked out, especially if there's any pain.

Hi op. Hope it's all sorted now! Sounds like it's getting that way if it is

Just wanted to highlight the Balantitis here. Had it once and had no idea what it was or where it came from, although for me it didn't hurt, just looked awful

It happened as I had started to up my fitness a lot more, and started cycling to work. One key thing helped me here. Shower gel with no soap (Sanex and Simple brands are your friends here) and essentially making sure it's dry after you shower

Just thought I'd share it in case you or anyone else has ended up on this thread. Really helped me and it went down after about 3 days with no cream, and just stayed on top of it since

If it’s thrush related and occurs frequently, it’s probably advisable to have blood tests re diabetes.
Also you could try using latex free condoms.

I once went a bit overboard and had a sex crazed couple of weeks. My dick hurt and I had a little blood come out of the urethra which was concerning. All protected other than OWO but still, went for a test and all clear. So I guess it just happens. Not saying fuck it don't get a test, do get one but try not to worry too much
