Even so, there are some who ignore even a polite and concise message with all relevant details.
My personal policy - if it's not read, move on. If it's read and ignored, I give it about a week then message again (because sometimes they genuinely do intend to reply but it slips their attention.) If that's ignored again, forget it - although I am now inclined to follow Scutty's suggestion and report the profile. I have no patience left for rudeness.
I do think that there's no excuse for ignoring a polite message that includes basic details.
