Seconded - the only girl I've ever found who can deliver the genuine thing (and on multiple occasions). But yeah, she books up at least a month in advance. So if, like me, you tend to only be able to go for the fairly last-minute opportunistic punts, it's nigh on impossible to book her. I was just very, very lucky the one time I have seen her that she happened to have a cancellation that day, and I happened to email her at exactly the right moment.
