Hi guys,
Long time lurker, but thought I might contributed seeing as there is very little written about this town on UKP. I very rarely partake in any of the activities discussed on this forum (and if I do, it will be on holiday away from prying eyes!), however, thank you all for your information, and I thoroughly enjoy reading your stories
Bit of background into punting in Austria; prostitution is actually legal in Austria, however, only in licensed brothels. For those that are conscious of their sexual health, the working girls get compulsory STD tests every week. Majority of them are EE origin, with a small fraction being Austrian or German.
Now, onto this town in Austria; Ischgl is mainly a skiing resort, which has shot to fame for having numerous lapdance, table dance, nightclubs and of course the infamous ski-bunnies.com, for those men that (stupidly) can afford to pay up to EUR 3000 a day for an SP.
Overall, I have to say, this place was good fun, however, due to the fact that so many of you have given good advice about services and offerings around the world, I felt the need to
WARN you about Ischgl, and one particular place.
First of all, most of the bar dance girls are sexy as hell and from Eastern Europe. Most of them will speak to you if you buy them a shot, which is normally between EUR 3 and EUR 5. This is fine, they are friendly enough, however, it must be said; it is almost mission impossible to get them to go out with you; they tend to work very long hours, and even still they seem to be more in it for the shots. I do believe however, with some luck, choosing the right girl and playing your cards right, you would be able to date one of these girls. If any of these EE girls speak Russian (and even if you speak basic Russian), I would recommend trying to converse in it as they will warm up to you a hell of a lot more. Personally, I was there on a week long stay and therefore, it was quite simply not feasible. My person favourite was Free Ride, which was part of the Filiana hotel, but the one next to it (I forgot it's name, but it was part of the Elizabeth hotel).
The nightlife itself is actually surprisingly dead; it's repetitive house music, with overpriced drinks and dancers that simply want you to tip them. My experiences mainly come from Pacha, which most of the time was empty. I was told it was because of the time I was there (end of December, around Christmas time). Oh and big no-no, majority of the club is men
Now for the strip clubs, and
this is where I have the biggest warning!!!Whatever you do, do
NOT go to strip clubs in Ischgl. They are an absolute rip off (I'm talking EUR50 for a lap dance!) and the drinks are not worth it. I only had one experience, in Coyote Ugly, and after sharing my experience I hope to prevent anyone from making the same mistakes I did:
Coyote Ugly is part of the Hotel Madlein, where I stayed; I was bored of Pacha (also part of the hotel), and went there to see if I could fulfill some sexual desires built up from a boring night in Pacha. I walked in and noticed that the place was empty; I was the only guy! The only plus of this place: even if there is only one person in there, girls will still dance on the poles and take their bras off! I sat there at the bar, ordered a drink and began talking to the bar tender. He seemed quite nice, but after this story, I promise you he is an absolute scumbag! I won't name and shame him, but whatever you do, don't even engage in conversation with the bar staff!
Anyway, we were speaking and I wanted to order a bottle of Vodka for EUR 110, however, he told me that if I ordered a bottle of Champagne (which was double the price at EUR 220), I would also get free VIP lapdance with it. In his words, he said "if you wanted to, you could even take 2 girls with you!" and that he was sure I could "convince her to do extra with me, and it was none of his business" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, as I know most places charge extra for VIP room lap dances. I said yes and got the bottle, which I signed onto my room. One particular Romanian girl took my interest (side note, she was a solid 8/10: brilliant ass, pretty face, average sized boobs, and she could dance!), so I opted against having 2 girls (I'm not really into the 2 girls thing), and wanted to take her to the VIP room. However, he said that (for some benign reason), I could not charge my bottle to the room, and that I had to pay by credit card. I thought "why not", but this was a huge mistake; I signed the receipt again, and then I entered my pin into the card machine for which I thought I was paying just for the bottle.
The lap-dance itself was OK, but it was clear the girl was trying to up-sell as well (standard really, this was not an issue for me). Just for your information guys, I did not receive anything more than blue balls, a couple of passionate FKs and a private lap-dance (she insisted there were cameras in the room).
Fast forward to the time after Christmas, and boom, I have a charge on my card for EUR 220 and EUR 250. My alarm bells were ringing as they were charged under 2 separate names!!
Anyway, told the hotel and they emailed me a copy of the signed receipt; when I told them about everything, they told me to speak to the bar member directly. So I did; and he told me that he clearly signified the costs to me and that he never said anything about the champagne bottle and the 2 girls and basically, denied everything. As we were never going to agree, I asked him that despite the misunderstanding, I am still not happy with the 2 charges, I wanted the EUR 250 waived, or at least EUR 110 back as I was lied to about buying the bottle of champagne instead the bottle of vodka. They (the staff) discussed among themselves, and claimed basically that the girl involved was already paid and they could not take the money from her (I smell bullshit), and for tax reasons, they could not give me any money back. The most I was offered, was a VIP lap-dance for free...which for me was a piss-take, because I was obviously not in the mood following a 1-hour discussion with management and the bar tender in question.
Apparently, this is more wide-spread than I thought (I spoke to a couple of people), but no one ever reports it!
So there you have it gentlemen. Should you have any further questions about the above, please let me know and I am happy to help out. Making sure that this city (and in particular, this club) have the bad reputation it deserves for conning hard-working people out of their money.
