Don't go to the gym as often, only go when you can afford a punt after.

Lol I know that feeling OP, especially after seeing all the fit girls in the gym in tight leggings and tiny shorts with barely any clothing on. If I haven't had shag for 2-3 weeks I get an intense urge to go for a punt after right training. Done it countless times tbh usually best punts IMO.

I've noticed especially after training legs/doing heavy squats or deadlifts it sets me off aswell, been told it gives a temporary testosterone boost but always thought it was just bro science.

Can't give advice apart from have a wank before your workout but I know 100% where you're coming from.

Used to go to the gym regularly before covid and would often have a nice fbsm massage afterwards with happy ending. With restrictions easing something I would definitely get back into. The gym is pure temptation  : I swear they know what they’re doing when they pick their outfits. This one was following me round the gym and her routine didn’t make sense too. Had to just look at the ceiling at a point otherwise I’d just auto lock on that ass.

I’d say get another hobby, join a team for example. Once I’ve finished a “proper” workout I just wanna go back home and relax

My joints are fucked so I can't manage big heavy compound lifts at the gym so I don't really experience any testosterone blast. I'm sure I read once somewhere that hamstrings and glutes are a man's "sex muscles" and heavy deadlifts will flood your goolies with testosterone :thumbsup:

I've never been into weight training, but used to enjoy my visits to the gym. Rowing, running and of course a little bit of the weighty stuff followed by the swim, sauna/steam, jacuzzi.
It also was an excuse to get out of the house and yes, the chance to have a punt if I felt like it.

I just can't be arsed with the gym now and there is plenty of exercise stuff that can be done without spending a monthly membership on.
