In that case the problem is likely to be Lebara routing the 4G signal via a kiddy filter, which the forum software interprets as a VPN.
I've had the same with EE.
Get Lebara to derestrict access

in my case with Lebara is the other way around UKP blocking it thinking is a VPN or something.

I think you're misunderstanding what's going on - if I'm right and Lebara are running your data through a filter, then THAT is the apparent VPN that's triggering the response

is the same message I get when I use VPN option in opera so is definitely UKP filters thinking lebara 4G is some sort of VPN

Lebara does that, they will unlock if one confirms their age with them. I also have Lebara.

But I am unsure as to why Community Fibre is flagged up, my home network, when I try to log onto the website. Is there an ongoing issue somewhere on the website in terms of restriction ? I can view porn sites just fine so pretty sure my ISP isn't blocking adult stuff.

Presumably UKP is being very strict in filtering incoming requests.

I had the same message a month or so ago. I read somewhere people had the same issue a few years back. The solution was to wait a few days, and then try logging in again. Which I did, and the issue resolved itself.

Bloody hell that worked for me.   :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Let me see how long that lasts for.

I've had this issue on my WiFi for about 3 months now.
It's probably to do with whatever IP rotation my ISP does as it seems to come and go every 6-7 months.

But yea if an admin can help me out that'd be great. My ISP is Hyperoptics.

have you tried rebooting your router to see if it picks up another IP address?

Yea I have tried it, it doesn't pick up I think it's more ISP side rather than my end.

it could be the ISPs utilise a proxy server to help reduce network traffic and increase performance within their own network. - A proxy is a server by which requests get routed and the results get cached so that all they need to do the next time a request comes for the same page is serve up the cached information (assuming the target hasn't changed). this would give the impression of several users coming from the same host which could trigger anti vpn protection. if this is the case then not much head can do about it.

There must be more to it because I've had this ISP for like 6 years now and it's only since last year that this has started to happen. Last time it did it happened for 3-4 months, then it started working for the next 3-4 months, but hasn't worked since past 2 months now.

I have the same problem with Hyperoptics so it must be something about them.  Never been able to connect over wifi with them since August last year.  All other sites are fine.  I just use the phone instead but it's a bit of pain to remember to keep switching.

I had this problem with my phone on EE and have also found it when in hotels with free wifi.

The blocking is usually done at the DNS server, there is a free phone app from Cloudflare called 1.1.1.1 which routes your DNS queries to their servers and gets round any ISP blocking DNS. It can also provide a VPN, but you don't need to use that to get round the DNS block.

I think you'd be better off concentrating on posting a review instead of trying to bypass the site security.

I also get the same issue  on iPhone on Safari but if I use chrome it works fine.

I don’t like using chrome on iPhone :-(

Does not matter in on WiFi (ee, planet, talk talk or voodafone) or on mob signal ee
