Romanians often 'share' profiles with other Romanian WG's, they just change the name, pictures & possibly alter the text on it - Adultwork does little to nothing to prevent this so it will continue IMO.
Adultwork ID number can never change for the profile though so all you can do is stay vigilant & check the profile ID no on UKP.
Although this review is about her mate Bianca she's (Flavia) mentioned as participating as part of an upsell to a threesome scam.
