The US is peak. In a nut shell, legal issues, super inflated prices, No AA. Poor choice. Verification is needed (ID, references etc) with legit escorts that are not streetwalkers. Brazilians and latinas in general never really had NBAs before, they were and still are my bread and butter 
. It's only recently the indie ones have started to pop up with NBAs. Romanians and other EEs have been like that from a long time ago so are invisible to me really. Brits are inflated prices, don't look as good and also have NBAs or busy all the time so choice is severly restricted on a small budget. I could not imagine starting out punting now with the finances I had 7 years ago, would be a nightmare.
Well I did know that prices for WG's there are bad and most are lazy or provide terrible services for the price. Most of good ones you have to pay an arm and leg to get to fuck them. That is if you get past the verification and background checks as you mentioned above.
As for Brazilians and Latinos, nah to me they are getting up there with Romanians again thanks to this thread. I believe very soon they won't be your bread and butter PYWM. I had few good punts with EE and Romanians in my early days of punting but finding mostly a Romanian WG that is one is a good provider and two see non-whites is like finding a needle in a haystack. For me, best to see which attractive Romanian have good UKP review score ratio and see non-whites. I remember one very good Romanian WG (rare site to see) called KazXoX who provided great service regardless of race of the punter. Sadly she retired and never got the chance to see her. That said they are lot more attractive EE WG's willing to see non-whites and provide great service. It's matter of doing your research. As for Romanians yeah I mostly ignore them the most unless otherwise.
And don't start with Chinese and Japanese WG's. I avoid them full stop unless a review says otherwise or not mentioned it on their profile and ok with me seeing them over the phone.
The Brits for me have been the best funny enough. While I know our taste in women are very different PYWM, I do find the British WG in my hotlist and I have seen before in early days attractive. Plus in my experience are least offenders who have NBA policy. Only problem I have with young WG mostly is that they are entitled, have a big ego and have inflated prices like you mentioned above.
