Well, I had this one in my HL and finally got hold of her today.  The accent was most certainly NOT a "Local English Girl', she was almost certainly Romanian.  She was very abrupt, no conversation as such, she just said she would text the Postcode.

Again as per the AW links, I was expecting a Detached House, nope, its an Estate in Leeds.

Neither, just made the phone call, it was a ROM that answered, gave Postcode, looked that up on Google Maps.  That was enough for me to not go, never mind the fact I would never have called if I had seen the BB.
