Welcome to UKP looking at it I would say it is not very promising high chance of bait and switch or pictures that are 5 years and 3 stone out of date which might as well be a B&S. If it's your first punt go for a girl with a bit more feedback on AW and especially on here.

Say British but has more of an EE look about her based on her profile pics. Also looks older than 19. Unverified profile too.

I'd tread carefully and be prepared to walk if it's B&S or not the girl in the pics or if she looks different.
