Not sure I follow. your saying the punter before you giving your number out or another sp giving your number out. i think you have to be realistic about your phone num. the so numbers get banded about sites like this, so wouldn’t be surprising if yours is too. that’s why always is punting phone and separate email address and never use social media. doubt sps give a shit about gdpr
I think OP meant that he received unsolicited messages from an unknown number/SP, which he presumes was passed on by someone he has seen.
I'd be surprised if SPs or Sergei have even heard of GDPR let alone give a shit about it. I doubt there's a legal case here, the mobile operator won't be interested, the police would laugh at you and call you a timewaster, the SP is unlikely to change their marketing approach if you ask them, Adultwork didn't pass on the number so they don't care. As someone else advised, blocking the number seems the best approach.
OP didn't say either way but I've given up being shocked that some punters still use their primary number for punting. Assuming you don't pay by credit card, it's probably the one single piece of valuable data that connects your punting world and your personal world.
