I’ve met well over a hundred girls off SA over the last 5 years or so and I do tend to avoid the more pro-SB types which probably skews my sample. 

Personally I would say that somewhere around 60%ish are pretty stringent about protection, at least on the first date; about a quarter just fucked without giving it a second thought whilst the remainder are ones where I think they sometimes would and sometimes wouldn’t. I would say that, among the civvies, many are more worried about birth control than STIs.

Alcohol is a big influencing factor too.  Where I’ve met a girl directly in hotel it’s been less likely, if we’ve had dinner/drinks it’s more likely.  I’ve definitely had lapses of judgement myself and had probably half a dozen times I’ve had to pay for the morning after pill.

I get checked every 3 months and have thankfully had no issues
