Help please!

I'm down on the South Coast week after next.... looking for a solid GFE punt for a max of £150ph, no older than 50 or with bolt-ons.

Been searching here and on the mauve site but it's surprisingly slim pickings so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Brighton / Worthing / Chichester corridor.

Sadly there is not much down this way Gatwick sometimes is good but apart from that brighton is a wash out
