Don't think this deserved it's own thread as you have basically answered your own question. If she isn't on the rota or in the gallery she isn't going to be working for Phoenix in the near future. It doesn't mean she quit or that she won't be back.
if you read the existing thread about Phoenix girls you would have seen the speculation is that she has gone back to Brazil to get her breasts done.
