New agency on way?

Agencies come and go in the region all the time. The difficult part is attracting girls to join them. Most don't and thus vanish in about 3 months.

In the last 4 years I have been punting there has only really been 3 new agencies that really remained for longer than the usual 3 months; Adore, Allure and VIPangels.

VIPangels vanished after just under a year. Adore has had problems when customers were not happy so the majority of people wont book them. And so its only really only Allure that has been successful (so far at least, but to be honest from the looks of things how they are now, they will be very successful).

So given that EscortsNorthEast have went by the wayside I think its good having another one in the region but I get the feeling this new one, will be another one of the many that come and go very quick as they do not attact any decent girls from the current big three (Amour, Allure and Diamonds).

Totally agree Anth G. Like you say with new agencies that come now they have to have something different or special that attracts girls from other agencies to come to them. As well as newbies to join them. Most don't so fail very quickly.

Imagine decent property portfolio for incalls or reduced agency fees would be the 2 main factors !

2 of the biggest agencies don't offer flats. I think if a new, big agency come along they wouldn't either. Question is, do they take that risk?

But, and I am just guessing here, the reason why Allure have been successful is they already had all the connections into the industry and already had experience in agency day to day running.

Pretty much all of the other agencies that ever start up is clearly just some guy saying to himself "I think I am going to be a pimp and make a fortune". And so they setup a terrible free website and ask girls to join them and then really its only the way over the hill past it girls who do. So they vanish in 3 months.

Agree, they knew girls in the industry and had worked on the phones and had worked them selves so probably contacted a lot in the industry that they knew and see if they wanted to join, plus taking some of the ideas that previous agencies have used and same prices and knew that a lot was getting pissed of or not trusting certain agencies......so right time, right place.....right price....and getting reviewed on here a big bonus to get them going.

Use to be a great agency back in the days when Allison ran it, think she just jacked it in. She did take over another agency down Nottingham way but I think it went tits up
