Internet Provider Blocked

I’ve done a search but can’t seem to resolve this problem and was hoping someone could advise.

I’ve recently got a new mobile, same number, same carrier, same internet provider, same WiFi but I get this message when I try to access this site. My old phone is still working fine via my WiFi hence I’m able to post.

I get this when abroad and using a VPN.
 
Trouble is in much of the Middle East UKPunting is blocked and deploying a VPN is the way to access most blocked sites.

Except ukpunting that is.

This could be a setting on your iPhone / iPad.   

Apple recently added new features to ‘Safari’ and you can change them in settings. 

‘Settings’ -> ‘Safari’ -> ‘Hide IP Address’. This gives you several options and by default ‘Trackers & Websites’ is set to the default.  If you change this to ‘off’ this may resolve your problem.  Certainly has helped me with a few difficult websites.

Thanks it worked for me in UK and i can now access UKP. 
should i leave it at this setting or change back?
