There this girl who hasn't been indexed, and also here verification photo is up. How do i index her?

Review the girl, and one of the established members will index the report. Only they have the ability to do that: you don't.
But please make sure its a real report: not a tout's hyperbole or a letter of love

Also FWIW that verification photo is hidden...if you still have it saved on your PC, or in your browser cache you could do us all a favour by posting it here
