If she wont share a number it's probably not 'her'.  As mentioned, best steer clear of KIK.  Once she (or he), has the gift card details they will be gone and you can kiss her and the gift card goodbye.  Definitely a scam..

You should go back and say cash when you meet and not before.  Bank transfer/ gift card on second meet and from then on.  I bet she wont bite

What is this gift card meant to cover ?  If you are expecting a three hour booking for £75 amazon voucher then the offer is too good to be true.

This is 100% a scam. Never use KIK or anything else that is 100% anonymous.

You're arranging a meeting with a person, some sort of basic trust needs to be established. A real phone number is pretty much obligatory, and at the very least a minimum requirement.

So “she” has sent something that could be downloaded from anywhere.  Suggest a video call via kik and see where that gets you.

After finding her, did she just happen to be near you.  If you are able install kik on a second phone and you will probably kind “she” can meet you in another part of the country too

Assuming its not a modded version of Kik (and there are loads out there), get her to send a "live pic", with something scribbled onto a piece of paper so you have a reasonable chance of it being the person you're speaking to.

Are any of the pics "she" has sent you been "live pics", was the link to "protect her" a url with just IP addresses, did she find you - these are all hallmarks of a kik scam
