Ok so after some perseverance I finally got through to a Brazilian/Portuguese sounding lady who assured me, she just operates the telephone.
Getting red flag vibes here, never known a Polish SP to use a Brazilian/Portuguese telephone handler before, as most genuine Polish SPs have a very good grasp of the Kings.
Idk if this is gonna help anyone but I certainly won't be wasting my time pursuing this further.
