You are asking for recommendations NOT just having a discussion about the reputations of the agencies nor reminiscences of past SPs who may have retired or become jaded nor comparing levels of skills/attitude/performance of SPs. If you were doing the latter then the best placed individuals to recommend the "best" would be those who have sampled all recently.
Why would a punter recommend someone they haven't reviewed?
Moreso why would they recommend someone they haven't seen and reviewed recently?
The accumulated experience as captured in the positive (and even neutral) reviews collected here ARE where you will find all the "recommendations" worth considering.
If you're now setting criteria for the kind of SP you're after then why restrict it to the agencies you've mentioned?
Shouldn't you be after the best match wherever the SP can be booked from?
