I didn't do anything different that night to what I've done on 15 other outcall punts at my place all of which except two before this one have been absolutely fine.  And those two were not in the same league - not great punts but not disasters like this.  Always a risk when you TOFTT, more of a risk when it's an outcall and I learned the lesson the hard way that I am a bit too trusting, but that's purely based on my own experiences to date. 

Really not sure how you figure I've caused problems for other punters - on the contrary surely I've saved many from meeting the lying skank?  A bunch of guys down here had her in their HL and now have blacklisted her.

Didn't mean to kick your teeth when you're down so apologies. However, I still think you shouldve demanded some amount back. This actually gets the prossie to think twice about future punts.
And should've done a review even if a refund was given. It should never have been an either or IMO. But that's my opinion and sorry for any offence caused.

If you read the review you'll see I did demand some cash back - she offered £50 which I refused, and she flatly refused to give me any more back. So I had two choices - let her take the money or try and take it from her by force. 

As others have said through that review thread, one day she may meet the wrong punter who will not take that from her and will use force, and she may find that trying to be a clever little tart is not all it's cracked up to be but I am not the violent type to start with and anyway I'm pretty sure based on what I know about her that force of any kind would have resulted in her screaming blue murder and crying rape or some such. She is a genuinely sly and devious little bitch and I'm sure she's thought through all the possibilities.

If you have a viable alternative to violence I'm all ears?  Always happy to learn how to handle such a situation better next time.

Naught you could do except trying brassing it out with a pretend call to plod and offering to make a citizens arrest under Common Law (1967 if I remember right but it was from 13 something) until they arrived. Civvies are as soft as shit most of the time and the threat of authority does tend to open the door for negotiation.
Many years ago I was on leave in Wolverhampton, fkn shithole back then but some good toms, £3 a pop back of the motor. I picked up a pair of sisters off Raby Street who negotiated a tenner for both and like a cnt paid up front (I had had a few bevvies with them after the pick up) and en route to their place they wanted to be put down and told me to piss off or they'd cry rape. I knew the back of the copshop there through a couple slight misunderstandings and drove straight there saying I'd report them for theft. The slags gave in as I started to pull into the entrance (tfft) and I got more than my moneysworth.
It's all down to bullshit and who gives in first, no violence, that loses but a little knowledge of the law and being prepared to try it on which is just what this bitch did. You play her at her own game but back down if you have to.

To be honest, I have in hindsight considered that when I put her in the car to take her to the train station I should have instead drove her to my local police station which is just up the road from the train station. 

As I've said I don't have anything to hide as I'm single and self-employed so I would have been happy enough marching her into the police station and claiming a citizen's arrest for theft / fraud assuming she didn't run off as soon as I stopped the car. Appreciate she might have backed down as she likely wouldn't want the police involved as she has more to lose - but what if not?  Realistically what would / could the police do?  Would they actually have any sympathy for a punter in that situation?

Hindsight is wonderful but it's on the point when she played her cards is when to call. I know it's hard and you play it over and over but anyone doing anything risky should have a getout plan. Thinking on your feet is one thing but it's like the trick you go to meet. You need to have the cards ready, have an answer or be damned.  I'm getting old and a bit slack in planning but I still try to keep a 'get out of jail card' and yes I still fck up but if it's minor, very minor, I'll take a hit but £250, no way.

So if the escorts hadn't backed down and let you take them to the police station, how do you think it'd have turned out for you, bearing in mind you'd have smelt of alcohol when talking to them (assuming the 'few bevvies' you'd had were alcoholic)? Do you think they'd have been more interested in a your word against theirs accusation of theft, or a probable cast iron drink drive conviction? Seems you're right about having a little knowledge of the law. Very little, I'd say.
