Get a gastric band .you need to try meal planning ..Google soup is slimming video . By turning your food into soup water gets assured into the mass of the food and stays in your stomach for longer . It's been problem with scans.  I make up up to 15 litres of a soup at at time and freeze it in 1 litres bags . I have smoothie with  fruit , whey and oats in the morning then 2 other meals with are just soup made from chicken ,2 portions of veg and sweet potato . Do this Monday to Friday when I want to lose weight then eat differently on the weekend . Stick in a couple of boxing classes a week and weight falls off me doing this

thank you. I am actually doing following a HFLC diet and tracking my food intake. For exercises i just walk but i don't do anything heavy yet as advised. gastric band is a last option.

I have the opposite problem, haven't been able to gain any weight since I was around 14 years old.  Would be good for a female but not for a guy.  I would be able to fit into Mr 36 stones frame 4 and a half times.

Is liposuction an option?  I've heard of more and more guys going through this procedure.  Not sure how much it costs.

Haven't had white bread in years, only wholegrain bread, brown rice and only used brown sugar until I cut the sugar out altogether about a year ago.  I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables now, easily more than the recommended 5 a day.  Cut the fizzy drinks out years ago.  No coffee, maximum 2 cups of tea a day.  Eat as much organic produce as I can.  A lot of my friends that had the skinny problem turned to anabolic steroids and going to the gym to gain physical mass but this wasn't a route I was prepared to go down.  I even went to see the Doctor in the past about my inability to gain weight and was told I have a fast metabolism and it's just the way I am.

I doubt my metabolism is as high as yours, although mine is high, but it sounds like you are doing the right things. Don't do steriods as they will give you bad acne and insomnia. If you don't already switch brown rice for pasta and potatos higher in carbs.

I would suggest though for your own health to find another way to deal with stress.  Have you tried CBT (not cock and ball torture) as there are some effective methods that can be learned.  I used to struggle with stress but have found meditation to be better than food for distressing.  Or if you do need to the food for stress change what you eat.  Chop up carrot sticks and bits of celery and water melon as all three are classed as minus calories as you burn more eating them than they contain.

Because it's a ritual. Doing CBT instead of eating is not a cure for stress.

For example, CBT tells you that your negative thoughts about what other people think of you are incorrect. Unfortunately that's not always true, especially in a work environment.

Other things a councillor can tell you about not worrying about the things you can't control also don't help if you have a naturally controlling personality.

Seeing WGs is good though as you are paying to be in control.

CBT does not tell you that what you think others think of you is wrong at all. It teaches techniques on how to deal with certain issues and each issue has different ways to respond. Over eating to the point of risking your health is basically an illness in itself and CBT wont cure it but will get him to look at why and why (for those who don't know their triggers) and will teach techniques that help avoid the over eating.  It's completely different to councelling which is what you are describing and has proved dry affective for many problems. It helps over and under eaters, stress, anger problems, aggression as well as helping with many mental illnesses and also helps with chronic pain sufferers

It's basically learning techniques to avoid doing what causes you the issue. Like I said I was taught many ways to deal with stress ( I was an excessive over eater due to it). However I found meditation to work for me. It also helped me with chronic pain as it teaches ways to fool the brain into ignoring the pain signals to a certain degree
CBT does work but you have to work at it as it doesn't happen over night and many people just can't be arsed to stick with it. The group sessions are better as you get to hear other people's ways of coping as well. Plus it's always helpful if you have support from other people which you get in the group.
Surely if it saves your life by helping you stop over eating it's worth a try

i used to be stick thin and very self conscious about it which made my meetings with escorts a lot less enjoyable, particularly when one girl felt the need to tell me "you're tall and skinny"! i remember lying next to these stunners just feeling extremely inadequate but i'm glad i did it because it gave me more determination to hit the gym and stay in shape

now im slightly under 14 stone which i think is ideal for a guy my height (6'1) i enjoy having sex a tonne more and don't feel self conscious when i get naked (i also get lots of compliments but that's neither here nor there). i know for most guys the issue is too much rather than too little weight but if you don't like how you look the problem is still the same.

hit the gym and get it dealth with, it's likely that you will find it will improve many other areas of your life too.

How I look is not something I think about in a punting context. My fitness to fuck is.

Losing weight and getting fit massively improved my confidence as well as my ability to shag. Lost 5 stone over a few years and now can comfortably fuck for hours in pretty much any position.  Still got another 2 1/2 stone to lose to get to my ideal weight for my height / age but well on track to get there this year.

All I can say to the op is stick with it. It's well worth all the time and effort and the alternative is not worth thinking about.   :hi:
