Heading to Cebu in April any tips on where to go for some action

I expect the lack of responses is down to 2 things.
1. There is loads of info on here already that admittedly is now a bit out of date.
2. No one has had the chance to go yet so no new info to add

Where are you planning on staying in Cebu? It's a big place

For recent on the ground updated it is best to look at an international site. Thing will have changed a lot in pH.

For Cebu, online is the best way forward.

There was talk of girls hanging around outside the popular coffee shop in Ayala mall, I never saw anything decent there.

Mango AVE had Gogo bars and SWs but many are LBs. There was an Irish bar there that had a few girls in.

Outside of Cebu city you will be lucky to pick anything up not online.

Most of the LB I’ve seen in Phils are terrible, blokes with wigs half of them! Don’t measure up to their thai counterparts.
