Not aware of any myself AoR - it's very much a blue-rinse kind of place.
There are a few independent SPs around the area, and a few parlours.
In terms of agencies, Portfolio over in Wales have received some good reviews on here recently, not used them myself so only passing on the info'.
Not sure if they have anyone on this side of the border, or anyone on their books who'd be OK to travel (or based near Bath). Might be worth a try:
