Ok round my area , prices have been static for a good while. But if the property rental market is strong and the pound so weak , for the Asian/Thais/ Chinese sending all their " hard-on" earned takings abroad, it's not surprising if prices increase. At the end of the day though any free market finds its level , maybe demand is outstripping supply in some areas ?
