Oh Dear, you had done so well, no one had a real issue, Renton had been shown to be full of shit and you had recovered very well from earlier problems. I had used you as an example to others about how to deal with feedback in a correct and positive manner on UKP. How to improve customer service and how not to behave in a reactionary and atypical way when faced with criticism. You had no need to add anything else apart from maybe laughing off Renton's error. Now you have thrown yourself to the wolfs and still your AW profile, name and comments are linked to this thread. That is a shame I thought you were brighter than the average

Defending yourself is not a problem and I thought you did that well at first and admitted some mistakes and told the truth and made adjustments on your profile re age. Ok would have been better to tell the truth at first but you fixed it quickly. As far as how your business if affected, you may be right, you may be wrong no real way to quantify something like that. Still you came across as sensible and professional. However then the unprofessional and emotional side came out, when it was not needed. You have in no way upset me, just disappointed that you reverted to type.

As far as SAAFE goes it is a public website and you chose to post on it, if you wanted to remain anonymous then a different name would have helped. As a WG who advertises on openly on AW you will be under the spotlight and professionally judged. How you deal with that is the real test. Imho you did well at first then let yourself down with the above emotional comments.

Of course she is not the first and will not be the last, does not mean that it is right though and when challenged she changed the age to the correct one on the profile, her email address was the real give away with 1985 in it. Yes she should not have lied but she dealt with it, so fine. Im not sure what Renton, was going on about, so will ignore that.
