The mention of Sonic barbers rang a bell to me.
Must be best part of a year ago, I'd arranged to go, drove into Nottingham Centre, paid to park, as instructed. Then called for address - no answer, text, no answer and called again a couple more times at 5 minute intervals. Never got through and never got reply to the text. I expect someone turned up just before I called, but not impressed having made a journey and paid to park.
