You mentioned logic somewhere along the line. I spoke to someone I know who manages a pub/restaurant. It is quite a large venue. He told me they had bookings for over 1000 people on Mother's day day. I have no reason to doubt that.

He knows his stuff, but will however have no accurate idea of booking numbers of other venues of differing sizes and locations across the whole country.

Regards the posts about number of bookings accepted I have received enquiries from punters who do not believe that I will not see client after client, or limit myself in any way. They tend to be quite pushy when I say fully booked, or no, or I already have a booking. To the point where they start more or less telling me how they will just pop around for half an hour (even when I have said I am driving home, finished, not available).
