There’s a lot of comment about taking the blue pill to provide an erection but what is there that increases the sexual urge. I have absolutely no problem in getting it up but the desire, whilst still there, is not as strong as it was. I think you'd have to be very low for your GP to consider giving you medication for that though.

As for the hyperventilating, you probably need to work on your cardiovascular system with some more exercise. Which actually might well increase your flagging libido

I guess many of us have felt the same as you earlier in our lives, you may find you'll change your mind when that situation arises.

First is if you can get it up....if you can’t then there is a solution.
Second is having the desire that you used to. So, how do you improve that side of things.....it’s to do with testosterone I assume. Can you take a tablet or whatever to increase the urge in the same way bromide was used to suppress it.

I only have a few windows a year I could possibly fit it in without it being suspicious. I'm probably over cautious but for me it's not worth taking more risks. Lockdown has restricted it further although hopefully this year I should get more opportunity.
